Chris joins us with over 20 years of industry experience as our VP of Project Management. He works hard every day to make Irish the best it can be and to provide the best possible service to our customers. Within the first week of joining the team, he already dominated the Paqui One Chip Challenge. It seems as though he can do just about anything he sets his mind to.
Meet Zach! As one of our project coordinators, Zach knows how to make his customer’s dreams come true! He’s a man of many talents and is in the process of revamping his own home with his own two hands! A nice AND hardworking guy! The best of both worlds!
Hello Casey! Meet one of the original Irish employees! He started his career here as a marketing specialist and worked his way up to a project coordinator! We are so proud of him and are so happy to have him on our team. Casey is all about juggling any new tasks thrown at him, but also any other object. No seriously, he’s a juggling pro! After the 8-5, Casey likes to shoot some hoops or get to crafting something new out of old wooden pallets, but he’s always happy to come back to work because he thinks Michael is the best boss he’s ever had (Slides a crisp $20 bill).
The man…the myth…the legend, Ryan Perry! Ryan comes to Irish with decades of experience in the roofing industry, and with an easy-going attitude. Ryan is excited to join the Irish team alongside his brother, Torey. Word on the street is that if you want to get on Ryan’s good side, which is not hard to do, all you need to do is take him out for a nice Mexican dinner! Ryan is also a die hard Michigan fan!! Go Blue!!
Say “hello!” to Meagan! As our Sales Coordinator she supports our sales staff and offers delightful customer service throughout the entire sales process. Meagan’s bubbly personality brightens up our office—she is truly a ray of sunshine! Not only is Meagan a dedicated employee, but she is a true Michigander: she loves making mittens, petting any dog in sight, and exploring all the Mitten State has to offer!
Meet Emma, you can find her in our Portage office! Emma is full of energy and keeps the office entertained with her cool dance moves. Emma is also a dog mom to our favorite portage pup Bauer, he is the best boy. If you are looking for Emma outside of the office you can find her on the pitch playing rugby, snowboarding or horseback riding on the trails.
Bryan is one of our fantastic production assistants. His commitment and dedication to Irish and our customers does not go unnoticed. When he’s not working he enjoys spending time with his family and watching the Detroit Lions, and continues to be a (painfully) devoted fan! He is also one of the many employees at Irish that is obsessed with the TV show “The Office”.

Jason – THE DRAGON! With over 9 years of experience in the industry, Jason knows the ins and outs of all the materials we use on our projects. He comes to Irish with a work ethic that is above all else, and we couldn’t be happier to have him on our team. When Jason isn’t working hard, he likes to spend time with his family and explore all the things our state of Michigan has to offer!
Molly started behind the scenes at Irish until 2019 when we snagged her to be on our team full time! As our Marketing Coordinator, Molly’s favorite thing about her job is buying all the candy for our community events. She’s a hoot and we are happy to have her on the team!
For the last 25 years, Scott has made the home improvement industry his career. As a project coordinator at Irish, his expertise includes roofing and home exteriors. When it comes to his customers, he will not settle for anything less than highly satisfied! In his spare time, Scott can be found on the golf course and spending time with his wife and children. Introducing, Miranda! We only have 6 names that start with the letter “M” in our office, so we thought we needed another one. This Michigander likes to explore the United States and visiting the Grand Canyon has been one of her greatest adventures yet. Miranda is at the front lines of our customer service, and she is ready to handle anything that comes her way. Next time you give us a call, make sure to say “Hello!” to Miranda.
Say hi to Sal, one of our marketing specialists and Larry’s son! Not only is he great at his job, but this college kid is also a star athlete. On top of playing football for Walsh University, he also can spin a basketball on his finger as long as a Harlem Globetrotter could. When he is not winning games or setting sales, Sal likes spending time with his friends and family.
Marc is an industry professional we are lucky to have on our team. Marc has over 20 years of industry knowledge which is shown in his work. A little fun fact about him, he can wiggle his left ear. Just his left one! Pretty cool stuff!
Meet Dalton, but he also will answer to Dawn, or Dan, or Denton as one of the members of our amazing production staff! He brings the life to the party and he’s ready to take on any bet or challenge that Larry offers, with the Irish team cheering him on. We know he will win… someday. He’s pretty great for a guy who doesn’t like chocolate and we are so excited to have him on the Irish team.
Take a look at Bill! Our field technician who focuses on our south locations! He’s a man who knows how to work hard and get the job done right the first time! Before coming to Irish he worked as a Firefighter and EMT for 10 years! Say “hello” next time you see him around!
What do you get when you mix kindness, humor, and a person that will do anything to get the job done right? You get Pat! He started as one of our field technicians so he knows this industry like the back of his hand! He also makes the best cheesecake you’ll ever eat, totally from scratch!
Meet Chelsea, our accounting manager! This Central Michigan University grad has a knack for numbers and isn’t afraid to show it. With a history in consulting and staff accounting we are excited to have Chelsea on the Irish team. As of today, she has never broken a bone… let’s hope working at a roofing company doesn’t change that.
Brett joins the Irish family as a field technician and he keeps our crews in line and makes sure all job starts are ready to go. Say “hello” to him when you see him on the first day of your roofing or siding project.
Emily is our office mom (whether she wants to be or not) and a great member of our production team. She’s learned more about roofing, siding, and gutters in less than a year than most people do in a lifetime. Don’t forget that Emily was the second team member to ever successfully complete the famous Gas Dash! Go, Emily!
Tim is a great member of our field team. He’s not afraid to get his hands dirty and get the job done. He works closely with our window and siding installers during the projects to assist in any way needed. When he’s not out in the field working he loves to hang out with his friends and family!
Need a man for the job? Nate is just the guy! As one of our Project Coordinators dedicated to serving the Portage area, he has the patience and determination to take on any project. With an 8-year history in the Army working as a Paralegal his organization and commitment to his job is exceptional. We are so blessed to have him on our Irish team!
Meet Avery! As a project coordinator at Irish Roofing, his fun personality and dedication to his customers is high class. Avery is a great team member and we are so lucky to have him as part of the Irish family. Speaking of family, Avery comes from a long line of animal lovers. His family currently has fainting goats, teacup pigs, cats & dogs! Too bad we can’t convince him to bring them to us!

When she’s not helping customers set appointments, she likes to hang out on the lake, show off her cat, or play around with her Jeep. Amber’s always down to hear a good joke! Scott accompanies our field staff with over 22 years of industry knowledge and experience. Specializing in windows and siding, his ability to conquer unique challenges is 5 star. When Scott isn’t working hard in the field, he likes going to live concerts! He jokes he has been to more concerts than 1980’s movies. Without a doubt, being the VP of Sales at Irish is what Mike was born to do. We’re pumped that we were able to snag him away from the medical field because he’s an integral part of our team. As the first employee to run a lead for us, Mike truly embodies what Irish is and will continue to be in the future. When he’s not at work, his hobbies include golfing, spending time with his family, and catching a break at his family cottage up north.
Do you wish to meet a friendly human with a great smile and a kind heart? Well, look no further, because Eric is here! This father of 4 works hard both here at Irish and at home. With construction in his past, he loves helping customers achieve their home exterior dreams! Aside from working, and his family, his other love is hockey. As a high school varsity hockey coach for almost 10 years, he knows how to work hard and play harder!
Rounding the corner, meet Dusty! Dusty serves as one of our talented project coordinators! He has a lot of fun and enjoys hanging out with his kiddos and his amazing girlfriend. Dusty has been in sales since he was 23 years old and even owned his own business! Clearly, this hardworking guy is no joke and can’t wait to work with customers on their home improvement projects.
Take a look at our VP of Business Administration! David has been advising Irish on legal issues since the business was just an idea. Now he’s excited to join Irish and contribute in an internal role. As our chief operating officer, David will contribute to our strategy and the execution of our operations. After graduating from the University of Michigan Law School with his J.D., he traversed the U.S., practicing law in California, Colorado, and Chicago before returning home to Michigan. We are so happy to have David as part of our Irish family!
Eric comes to Irish with a wealth of industry expertise, and a knack for customer service. Formerly working in the building supplies industry, Eric is our go-to guy for all our production related questions. Eric leads our team with focus, attention to detail, and strong servant leadership. If you were to ask Eric what he holds dearest in his life, he would tell that he values his word, his grandbabies, and Michigan State sports. Go Green!
We are excited to introduce you to our Exteriors Manager, Andrew! For the past 12 years, Andrew has been making dreams come true in the construction industry. His specialized expertise in siding and windows makes him perfect for the job.
Say “hi” to another fantastic Field Supervisor, Nick. As a man of many talents, when he’s not working with the Irish team you can find him building custom motorcycles! Nick has a wealth of carpentry experience under his tool belt and we couldn’t be happier to have him as part of our Irish family!
Look who we have here… our new Assistant General Manager! Mike comes to us with 20+ years of experience in the construction industry. He knows how to get a job done, and get a job done right. As a veteran of the United States Marines we are proud to have Mike on our Irish team! Welcome, Mike!
Check out our awesome production manager, Mikalin! This goal-driven gal is prepared for ANY challenge thrown her way thanks to her awesome organizational skills. Even though she says she doesn’t have any hidden talents we know that’s not true because she’s a mom and that’s a talent in itself. When she’s not at work she loves to go on walks with her daughter and her dog!
Introducing another incredible addition to our production team, Maggie! This Notre Dame loving, cat cuddling, farm girl knows what it takes to work hard and to get the job done right. She’s excited to be on the Irish team, and we are thrilled to have her!
Do you happen to have a dictionary on hand? Great! Flip to the page where it says ‘people person’ and you’ll find Ben’s face. As a field supervisor, he deals with customers 24/7 and he loves every minute of it. Before bringing his project coordinator skills to Irish, Ben spent over a decade honing his talents as the owner and operator of a local landscape company. Thankfully, he found his way to the Irish family. In his spare time, you might find him hitting the fairway or at the gym lifting weights, but no matter what he’s sure to come home to a nice steak dinner. Specifically a ribeye. Medium-rare.
Now introducing our go-to guy, Rick! Rick comes to Irish with a wealth of experience in building and home improvement, as well as a vast knowledge of project management and supervision from his former career managing a multi-complex residential space. Rick is lucky enough to work side by side with his daughter, Mikalin, and he wouldn’t have it any other way. A true family man, Rick not only makes sure that our work is ship-shape, but he really loves spending time with his kids and granddaughter.
This youngin is still in school, but that doesn’t stop her from bringing her A-Game! Erin is one of our marketing specialists and she loves the feeling of putting roofs over our customers’ heads. Her energy carries through to another one of her passions… swimming. Erin is a pro at the 100m backstroke which is thanks in part to her pre-swim Chicago Beef Sandwiches. If you see her after hours, she’s probably going to be walking her Shitzu, Micki.
Cassie is her name and customer service is her game. Cassie’s bubbly and compassionate personality makes her the perfect person to help out our customers with anything they need. She would LOVE to meet Will Smith, but she’s a little busy because after work she’s taking care of her and Larry’s five kids, and their dogs, Rocco and Pearl! Cassie doesn’t mind though… all is well as long as she can enjoy a yummy pasta dish at the end of the night.
Meet the man who makes sure all of our major projects are in check! Never missing a beat, Alejo is able to build any project handed to him from the ground up. Specializing in our commercial projects, we trust Alejo to oversee and maintain a standard of perfection for every job he touches. In his free time, you can find Alejo either spending time with his family, or shooting hoops on the basketball court. Though he keeps busy at Irish, he would eventually like to retire to a ranch, because he loves animals just as much as he loves roofing.
Meet our production powerhouse, Jim Wisniewski: Field Supervisor and Flat Roofing Manager! Jim comes to Irish with over a decade of commercial roofing and flat roofing experience. From product knowledge to installation, Jim is a master craftsman. If you’re looking for Jim and he’s not on a roof, he is likely watching Michigan play football, or spending time with his wife and dogs.
Welcome David Stroethide to the Irish Team! David is one of our project coordinators who was born with a hammer in his hand. With decades of experience in the roofing industry, David knows every solution to any roof issue you may have. Not only is David a hard-working Irish member, but he also is a family man who loves to watch his kids play sports every chance he gets.
Before starting work at Irish as one of our project coordinators, Dave worked at another building company where he developed his awesome work skills. He came to us after falling for the staff and the atmosphere (but also to give his brother Larry a hard time). When he’s not diligently working on a project, Dave loves to spend time with his daughters, Bria and Nora. That all seems pretty normal until you find out that he likes cats more than dogs (Weird, right?).
Welcome everyones favorite Irish employee, Pearl! Pearl is the top dog in the office and everyone knows it. She soft, she’s sweet, she’s one good dog! We are thrilled to have her on the Irish team!
Say “hello” to our office mom! (No really, she’s Larry’s mom.) With a history in the dental field she’s having fun learning about a whole new world that is the roofing industry. Barb brings this family business full circle and enjoys working with her son, and we love having her as part of the Irish family.
Meet our favorite intern, Audrey. We might be biased because she’s Larry’s daughter but for good reason, she’s awesome. This girl is still working hard in school but enjoys working at Irish in her spare time.
After a long career as a welder, Greg was ready for something new and we are excited he wanted to work with us at Irish! Greg joins the Irish family as our newest field technician and he keeps our crews in line and makes sure all job starts are ready to go. As someone who worked on commercial flat roofs, we knew Matt would be the perfect fit here at Irish. As a field technician he’s a pro at roof repairs and cleaning up the job sites when they’re finished. He makes sure that it looks like we were never even there! (Except for the Irish sign in your front yard.)

As a natural fit to the Irish team, Torey Whitten has jumped right in with ease as our Project Coordinator! For a guy with such a calm and cool demeanor, rumor has it that he loves drama and action films… this must be because he served as a police officer for GRPD for 22 years! A family man, golf champ, and versed in the industry since his childhood—Torey is the real deal.
Alex is a great addition to the team because he’s not afraid to get his hands dirty and get the job done. His vast experience in construction work makes him perfectly fit to be our field supervisor. When he’s not out in the field he loves to hangout with his friends and family, but if he had to choose a special dinner guest he’d pass up on celebrities and instead pick someone inspirational like Nikola Tesla.
Everybody say ‘Hi’ to one of our newest team members, Baily. This lively lady is one of our marketing specialists and she’s great at it thanks to her confident and competitive personality. She learned her ‘girl power’ attitude from the one celebrity that she’d love to meet, Beyonce. But she also fuels her competitive edge with her favorite breakfast meal of french toast and bacon.
We’re not quite sure how Meghan says “Thanks for calling Irish Roofing and Exteriors, this is Meghan” 243 times a day with so much pep and enthusiasm, but we suspect that the 4 gallons of coffee she drinks a day might be the source. Meghan is not only responsible for our top notch customer service, but she also keeps us organized and on track. Would it surprise you to know that our resident communication queen is also fluent in sign language? Well, she is.
